Getting Started
-
Navigate to Corporate Group Reports
Go to the Companies Group section of the Reports appand click + Create Report.
Choose Team Member as your report type.📌 “Company Name” will be included in your report fields by default so you can distinguish between entities.
Step 1: Add Report Fields
In the setup screen, start by naming your report and adding an optional description.
Then, select the fields you want to include:
-
Default Fields: You’ll see “First Name” and “Last Name” already included.
-
+ Add Fields: Click this button to browse all available fields across every company you have access to.
-
You can add full groups of fields by clicking the checkbox next to a field category (e.g., Job Details, Employment Info).
-
🔍 Because this is a Corporate Group report, you’ll see fields from across all company entities you manage—providing complete visibility.
Step 2: Set Your Filters
Next, apply filters to narrow down the data you want to see.
-
Filter by Team Members: Start with a base filter like “All Employees” or “Active Team Members.”
-
Company-Specific Filtering: Add a filter to view data for a specific company only.
-
For example:
-
Field: Company Name
-
Condition: Equals
-
Value: “GoCo HQ”
