Company Payroll Documents

We're excited to introduce a new feature for our clients using GoCo's Embedded Payroll! You will now be able to access all of your company's payroll documents directly within GoCo. This enhancement is designed to provide you with easy access to important payroll documents generated by GoCo Embedded Payroll on your behalf.

Documents Tab

At the top of your screen, you'll see a tab labeled "Documents" for easy access. To enhance organization, payroll documents will be sorted into specific tabs for quick navigation:

• Federal Tax Documents
• State Tax Documents
• Amendments
• W-2s & W-3s
• 1099s
• Company Documents

Utilize the filter icon located to the left of the search bar to easily navigate through your documents. Please be aware that the filters will differ for each specific tab, providing you with tailored organization options.

Download Your Payroll Forms

This feature allows you to download the forms that Gusto has generated for your company. Simply click view and download the PDF.

⚠️ It's important to note that while you can access and download these documents, this feature does not display the status of the filings.

What Admins Can Assume

• If a form is present in the system, it indicates that Gusto has (or will) attempt to file the document on your behalf with the respective agency.
• The acceptance status and timing of the filing cannot be displayed through this feature.
  • To verify whether a filing has been accepted and when it occurred, please reach out to our support team or check directly through the respective agency's website. 
• Payroll Documents will be available after filings are complete. For more information on when you can expect your Payroll Documents to be available check out When will my company payroll documents be available?
