Welcome to GoCo's Reporting! Here you will find a treasure trove of your company's data, from payroll specifics to benefits enrollment. We believe that having access to your own data empowers you to make smarter decisions for your company and team. We've made it super easy to pull the reports you need with a few simple clicks.
What are Standard Reports?
Our Standard Reports are pre-built reports that are ready to go with the click of a button! These reports are created by GoCo and automatically generate a report with the most relevant information for that particular topic. We offer many different types of Standard Reports, categorized by the modules they are associated with: HR, Benefits, Time, and Payroll.
How to Access and Export Standard Reports
- Navigate to the Reports module
First things first, log in to your GoCo account and click on Reports from the left-hand navigation bar. You will land on the main reports page where you will see two sections: Standard Reports and Custom Reports. - Select a Report Category
Click on any of the categories (HR, Benefits, Time, Payroll) to see a list of all the pre-built reports available to you. Once you find the report you'd like to run, simply click on its name to open it. - Set your Report Parameters
Once you open a report, you will be prompted to set specific parameters to filter the data you need. For example, you may be asked to select a date range or choose specific fields to include in your report. This allows you to focus on the information that is most important to you. - Generate and Export the Report
After setting your parameters, the report will be generated and ready to be exported! Simply click the "Download Report" button to download the report in .xls format.

HR
These reports are all about your team's general HR data. They give you a high-level overview of key metrics.

Benefit Deductions: Get a comprehensive list of all benefit deductions for each team member.

Health Coverage by Month: See all team members and their dependents who are eligible for health benefits, month by month.

HSA Application Forms: Easily download all Health Savings Account applications.

Enrollment Activity Report: This report shows a list of all enrollments, including the method and date of enrollment.
Time
Time tracking and time off are a huge part of HR, and these reports make it simple to stay on top of things!

Time Off Hours Taken: See the total number of PTO hours taken within a specific date range.

Time Off Requests: View all time off requests that started within a specific date range.

Time Off Balances: Get a clear picture of your team's total PTO balances.

Time Tracking Hours: See the total number of hours tracked by your team for a specific date range.

Timesheet Field Total Hours: Get a breakdown of total hours tracked for each timesheet field.

Payroll
Payroll is the heart of your business, and these reports give you the financial details you need.

General Ledger: Find your payroll journal entries, capturing all credits and debits for a given date range.

Payroll Journal: A detailed report of employee earnings, taxes, deductions, and memos for a specific period.

Expense Reimbursement Requests: Get the details of all expense reimbursement requests within a date range.

Expense Reimbursement Totals: See the total amount of approved expense reimbursements for a specific date range.
Common Questions
Q: Can I edit a Standard Report? Standard Reports are pre-built and cannot be edited. However, if you need to create a report with specific customizations, you can use our Custom Reports feature!
Q: Do I need to be a full-access admin to run these reports? Access to reports is determined by your permissions. To learn more about who can access and run reports, check out our help article on Permissions in GoCo.
Q: What if I don't see all of these reports? The reports you see are tied to the modules you have in your GoCo account. For example, if you don't have the Time or Payroll modules, you will not see those reports in your Standard Reports section.
