Drafts of 2026 W-2s and 1099s will be available under the Documents section for admins only to review and catch discrepancies before finalization. |

4-Day Direct Deposit Payroll Deadline By 4pm PT, this is the last day for 4-day payroll customers to run a regular payroll for employees to get paid in 2026. Note: Customers usually on 4-day processing may be able to switch payroll speed to 2-day or next-day if eligible. |

Paper W-2 & 1099 Distribution Deadline Deadline for customers to distribute forms to employees/contractors not receiving them electronically. Any changes made after this date are subject to amendment forms. |
