End of Year Important Dates

4-Day Direct Deposit Payroll Deadline By 4pm PT, this is the last day for 4-day payroll customers to run a regular payroll for employees to get paid in 2025. |
| December 25, 2025 |
Christmas Day Bank Holiday |
| December 29, 2025 | Final day to process payrolls (including bonuses/off-cycle payments) via direct deposit 2-day ACH. 4pm PT is the cut-off, no exceptions. |
| January 1, 2026 |
Happy New Year! Bank Holiday |
| January 2, 2026 |
Deadline to Make Changes to 2025 payroll data before final tax forms are generated. Any changes made after this date are subject to amendment forms. |
| January 10-22, 2026 |
Final year-end forms will be made available |
| January 19, 2026 | Bank Holiday |
| January 31, 2026 |
Government deadline for W2s and 1099s distribution to employees and contractors. Q4 and annual tax forms due (GoCo Embedded Payroll will will file on your behalf). |
